SO...MANY...COMICS...*dies*

I've just realised why i don't read a lot of comics or manga or the like: THERE ARE SO MANY TO READ AND THEY'RE ALL SO GOOD!
You may call me bias if you want but there are so many things a comic can offer that there is always at least ONE things that i love about it. Most of the time it's how different the art is and that kinda hurts coz then i think 'hey, i wanna draw like that' and i try and i get impatient and i give up and i go and cry in the corner (theoretically speaking). There are just soooo many different types of graphic novels and manga and comics and other drawn stories that have COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NAMES that i haven't come across yet that checking out ALL of them seems PRETTY MUCH IMPOSSIBLE (sorry bout the caps lock, kiddies, mummy's having a 'loud' day). Well, it seems that way anyways.

Brain: you've got like a whole life time.
me: *sigh* I know i do but that doesn't make the task any easier for me RIGHT NOW. I mean, WHERE THE HELL DO I START! XO

I wanna learn what i can from all these cool artists and i wanna get enthralled by their stories but there are just too many too choose from. *Looks suspiciously at brain* I know what you're ganna say 'Just choose somewhere to start from and go from there', but it's not that easy. Too often i hit brick walls and i wobble and i don't know where to go next or i lose interest. Sure, that's something everyone goes through, but that doesn't mean they really know how to deal with it - I know i don't. It doesn't make getting back on track any easier to 'start i one place and go from there' because if you start then you know you'll have to stop some time, and if you stop there's no telling if you're ganna stop for good. And that would be terrible because i don't wanna stop but too often i do it takes me ages before i feel the inspiration to start again. And then it starts to get to you. You stop and start and stop and start so often that you start to think 'maybe this all isn't worth it' and you know in your heart of hearts that it would all just be easier if you crawled back into your little shell of ignorance and slept forever....
O.O Duuuude that sounds morbid and depressing.
I suppose what i'm trying to say there is that there are so many path was out there that it's easy to just give up on one and go to the next one, on to the next goal you'll never be bothered to reach. Ever feel like that? Sure ya do, it's just a matter putting your mind to it they say...Well it's also a matter of putting your heart into it and keeping it there, making it a part of your soul.

Brain: wholey crap, how'd we get from comics into another one of you 'this is wisdom...i think' moments??? -,.,-<- (it's supposed to be Confucius aka a man with a long mustache)
me:O.o I...don't...know...You know how it works, these things just happen out of the blue. Doesn't matter if i'm right or not it just decides 'hey, you gotta say something smart because you think too much' and a-walla i can come up with the most random shit.
Brain: makes ya feel like you're getting somewhere too, i s'pose.
me: pro'bly. Now where was I? You know what? I think i was finished.
brain: finished ranting about 'sticking with it, dude' or with the whole blog?
Me: just that rant. I'm still planing to rant about the comics.
brain: really? What else is there? you don't know that much about them. you've barely tried reading any. i think you're just scared you won't like them.*smug look*
me:yeeeah, weeelll...you're probably right. I'm afraid that i won't like them BUT i'm also afraid that i'll be swallowed up by a sea, and ocean, of choice and that i'll lose my love of drawing because i can't draw shit compared to the brilliance of the experts-
brain: which is rather silly coz you've got 'your whole life ahead of you' and, let's face it, you've barely even tried.
me: *sigh* you wouldn't understand. -_-
brain: does it go something along the lines of 'would all just be easier if you crawled back into your little shell of ignorance and slept forever'....
me: something like that, yes. And you can't blame ME for that, that's just the way we're brought up these days. 'Take the easy road. Even though we TELL you the hard road has better rewards no one wants to get hurt, do they? So just run along and play with the rules and guidelines we've given you so you don't have to figure it out yourself, there's a good girl.' I know they just want me to grow up well and not make bad decisions-
brain: oh no. here we go again *roles eyes*
me: -but that makes us scared to do the wrong thing. What are we ganna discover if we cling to your rules and your guidance, hum?
brain:*aside* oh, woe is me.
me: and now we're too afraid to do the wrong thing and to go off the easy way because we don't want to upset you. Humanity is never going to advance if we don't try new things and go out there and FIND THINGS OUT FOR OURSELVES!
brain: alright alright, that's quite enough of that. I think your problem here is that you're too afraid to brake your own rules. Sure, they were 'theirs' once, but you've turned them into your own. -
me: it's not just the rules. It's all the advice they give you. You accept it willingly and then you ask questions and then you ask questions they think are obvious and then they think you're weak and inexperienced - which you very well might be but when you're our age you should really try to find your own way of finding out - and then they start babying you and telling you things YOU ALREADY KNEW without you even asking them, and then you get sloppy and start acting like a baby because they're doing everything for you...*pant pant*
brain:...you better now?
me: a little.
brain: you've been holding that one in a long time, haven't you
me: *hangs head* s'pose
brain: you do realise you're still a little kid, despite what you may think and what your age may tell you, right?
m: yeah, but isn't everyone?
brain: the sort of responsibility that you're yearning for is not what you need right now...either that or it's something that you'll only get when you take the plunge. You can't take it then go back to the way it was. There are still things that you can learn from your current state, the way that they currently treat you. Throwing a hissy fit isn't going to change that.
me: you know i just like throwing hissy fits to release pressure.
brain: but you also need to be told off for throwing those hissy fits, you need logic - well, your form of it - to put things back into place. Oh my word we've gone off topic! First it was comics then it was the fickleness of ones heart, rebelling against ones elders...deary me...

O.O -.- O.O

Okey...that was one weird conversation...I hope i get to read this one again someday. It's kinda freaky how i can just let myself talk to myself...sure that didn't make any sense but neither does ya face.

Night busy bodies!
Yours,
Ristro
p.s. i SWEAR i'm sane. things just seem a little...O.o sometimes...o.O

Wecome back to the catacombs, my lovelies! MAWHAHAHAHA!!!

I'm BAAAAAAaaaaack!
Yep, after a brief...um, rather long hiatus i've finally returned to regale you with tales wonder and um, other stuff.
...
Well, i was going to but now i can't remember all of the stories i was going to regale you with. Hence, i shall make them up on the spot...as i always do...
Anywho, where to start...Truth is i can't remember when the last time i posted was and, you know me, can't be bothered to find out. So let's just start from the dysfunction of my laptop, shall we?
Yeah, kinda downloaded a 'super worm' onto it and i couldn't do a thing so we sent it down to a friend of ours and...
You know what? i think DRACULA'S!!!! was before that so let's start there.

brain: you haven't thought this out at all, have you?
me: 'course not! that's what we call 'making them up on the spot.' You follow?
brain: i's just not considerate to your reader/s. that's all i'm sayin.
me: oh...fooy to you.

Back to the story. Dracula's is THA BOMB! My sister and i went there for one of her besty's birthday. They've got a supposedly 'pirate' show going at the moment (it's not really, there are like 2 piraty acts in the whole show) so i dressed up as a pirate X); coz that's what you do when you go to Drac.'s : you dress up and try to look as sleazy or creepy as possible.
-Sorry bout my grammar n stuff ladies and gents. i'm not really thinking coherently it being Christmas n all. :)-
I felt so proud when we got there. One of the Draculets tried to steal my sward and i was called a pirate wench AND a filthy pirate whore *.* One of them actually spoke to me in line :)...Turns out he was our Draculet for the evening. That's kinda creepy but i have the feeling that he asked the person with the entrance list whether we were in his group...or something...
Anywho, i know now that whenever i go to Drac.s i NEEEEEEDD props. There's something about the atmosphere that sends me in to a crazy ticking, touching, excited frenzy. I was literally shaking. I s'pose I'm not the only one but i didn't really notice. I'm hoping to go as a mentally disturbed child next time...or something like that.
On to the next thing. What is the next thing? I s'pose, my sister's tourettes. It gets worse when she drinks and when she's excited. She was throwing herself all over the place! They probably thought she was putting it on but nooooo way. It was rather entertaining X)
What next? I still need to work on posing in the Draculet photos. I managed to point my gun at the heart of the Draculet standing beside me but my facial expression's pretty lame.
I didn't drink much. I started off really quick but i'm a real light weight so i started to feel sick as soon as dinner was served. I didn't drink anything else after that.
Um...I horded the knives X) That came in handy coz the girl beside me dropped her knife at the beginning of the night. Love how that worked.
The performers forgot their lines once, that was during the pirate sketch. I love it when that happens coz it shows that they're human and probably rather tipsy ;)
Oh oh! the knew main dude, Luck something rather, hot!...well, hottest of the performers, anyway...in my opinion.
I like Jelly shots.
There was a drunken lout in our section that kept heckling and he broke something like 4 glasses. THAT was annoying.
I MUST GO TO DRACULA'S WITH MY FRIENDS!!!! It is a must and i am writing it in stone right here and now. It'll probably happen the middle of next year sometime but go we MUUUUUSSSTT!! Even if we drive there and drive back, or sleep in our cars, it must be done.
Whew! now, what's next. Agh, so much to cover!

brain: what about your laptop. you should finish talking about that before you talk about anything else.

Aw yeah! My laptop got this worm and they had it for about 3 weeks. during that time i kept thinking about what i could write in this blog. Funny how you only think of things to write or say when you can't. Why couldn't i use the new computer, you ask? Because blogging, for me anyway, is a personal thing. I can't write personal things in the living room, that just feels creepy(hum, creepy seems to be the word of the day, strange that). Anyway, the dropped my precious around on Tuesday but with some kinda cryptic instructions. I also had to work...But yes, they came over last night for Chrisy eve and explained but i didn't get time to try it out until after we'd gone to church and opened some pressies and had lunch and all that jazz.

I s'pose the next topic of rant would be Christmas. There've been other things in between now and the last time i posted (mum's performance with the choir, Chrisy party with friends, first night 'clubing', just random shiz plus some conspiracy theories that i'm thinking twice about posting), but Christmas is now and there's no time like the present! Christmas, for me, began with me going to bed. We'd had our normal neighbour Chrissy eve bash on the drive way and it finished at 11.30. Then we had to wake up at 8 to get ready to pick up gran and go to Church at 9.30. Church lasted an hour. Sarah was ticking through the whole thing, which was strange because she'd had her tablet meaning she shouldn't've been ticking.
What next? They had balloons all over the place so we took some home.
Now for the big one. Presents!...welll sorta. Our family doesn't do the whole 'everyone-sit-around-the-tree-and-open-them-at-the-same-time'. Mum n dad are usually still preparing Christmas lunch so we have to either wait for them to finish or do it at the same time...if that makes sense. And it's nice for us all be together at the time. Sarah n i also have this thing about things being fare and people taking it in turns to open presents.
But what was i saying??? Oh yeah. The presents i got.
I got:
- a nail polish set thing.
-two books that i wanted
-a bracelet
-a bag and a pen clip thing
-um...snowman soup from one of my workmates
-and two stuffed toys (XD) A cat and a baby dragon THEY'RE SO CUTE AND FLUUUFFEEE!!!!
I also got a secret Santa at my friends Christmas part-y: a big box of Favorites and a neat pen. The Favorites lasted all of...two days. And i ate them all myself -.-
All in all, not a particularly easy to understand blog entry but, hey, i needed to get it off my chest. It's been such a long time since i felt like bloging and now that i do it all sorta came out at once. ^.^'
I worked Christmas eve and i'm working again on boxing day. Should be 'lots of fun'. Wish me luck!
Yours,
Ristro.

YAY! DRAWINGS!!! O.o wait...what the hell is that???

Hey there dudes and dudies,
Yes, it's time..time for me to off load some of my not-all-that-exact-but-rather-interesting drawings onto your squishy grey cells so they can disturb and torment you forever. It's not all of them (what do you think i am, obsessed???), but ya know, it's some of my 'best'. Hopefully i should be able to write a lil something under 'm...

or maybe i can write it beside. I'm not picky. Anywho, this is a sort of 'running character'...that's what i'm trying anyway. I've probably mentioned before that i'm not very good at drawing the same thing twice. With this character i'm hoping to get out of that rut. She's got baggy everything so i have 'room to move'(ie i don't have to worry so much about the jumper being too big) and her hair's messy so i don't have to worry too much about making her head too big :D Since she's a shy character i don't have to draw hands if i don't want to :)

This is just some random flower that popped out of my head one day (hehe, imagery). You probably can't see it so much but i'm rather proud of the shading. I'm not particularly good at shading yet so this was a pleasant surprise.

This one's sort of based off a story character i made...i think it's a few years back by now. Anyway, yes, that red is blood. I didn't really have any reference pictures...well i did but i'm not very good with reference and the effect that was going for is kinda impossible (the blood's supposed to be solid but till flowing, see what i mean) the puddle at her feet was particularly hard cos... *shrugs* don't know why, just was.
Just for a little side not i used water paints. It took me ages. I'm afraid to paint the rest of her coz the blood took so long

Something i drew when i was feeling kinda angsty. Don't ask me what the hell it is. Pretty sure it's a dragon pendent...or a shield...or something...

And this is my most recent...She's kinda small on here...damn it. But yeah, she's still a work in progress so you might see her again. At the moment she doesn't have any hands and her guitar isn't finished or even accurate but i like the pants and the shoes are pretty good (i'm usually really bad at shoes). I d'know...i just really like her ...S'pose it's coz she reminds me of a band member i know...for some reason.
So that's them for now. I feel like a puppy showing off her new toy! X) Sorry it's a bit long winded but it made me happy. I'm sure there'll be more to come but that's all for now. I'll probably have another rant about work next time but for now i'd rather stay in my happy state of sharing my squeaky chew toy ;)
Till next time, *squeak*

Naked people and english writing *shudder*

Hey there,
No, it's not some sort of porn that i found, it's just another rant about me choosing art education.
Naked sketching and wrting reports are two of the things that i 'fear' the most about furthering my education. I'm not really up for staring at naked people for hours on end because i don't feel right about it. Maybe i need to go to one of those mixed bath houses they have in Italy and Japan (i think that's where they are O.o). Even if it's a hot guy i'd have a problem with it. I think it's my up bringing and my frigidity (if that's even a word) as well, but that doesn't change that fact that it makes my uncomfortable. I know i should suck it up and just get on with it, adapt and what not, but i don't wanna. Bodies are pink and wobbly D:
Which brings us to writing reports. I CAN'T DO ENGLISH! I know i'm not THAT bad but after writing stories for - holy crap - 12 years or so and STILL being this bad with using grammar and spelling, i sort of dread having to hand in a report with little help along the way...I suppose i could always you the lechture's help but 1:there's no way of telling how accomidating they are. and 2: that means takeing innisiative and time management...i suck at those.
If i remember correctly, it's also EXCUSIATINGLY hard to find enough information on any old art work. And READING half that crap is like disiphering and anchient dead language. Some of it's alright, but most of it goes right over my head.
I'm sure there are more reasons but for now, that's it. HOPefully, writing this will help me overcome my...difficulty.
Oh, and another things is that i need a port folio in order to get into a close Uni but i DON'T HAVE A CLUE as to how EXTECNIVE they want it to be. I suppose i could ways go to collage...kowie o.o
yours,
Ristro
p.s. i need a proper drawing table etc
p.p.s. i need a digital art tablet thing.

Change is painful but funny

Hey there little chickens,
I've had a brain blast while i was sitting down reading this web comic. The point of this entry is the change in the comic. I've read a few online comics and manga but i've never really thought of the metaphorical importance of the change and evolution that the art goes though. The fact of the matter is that 9 times out of 10 the art work gets better than it was. True it takes a heck of a long time, most times years (T.T) but the fact is that they improve into something even more beautiful.
Can't the same be said about life and the choices we make. Most of the changes and adaptations in arty subjects are taken from the influence of others and ones surroundings. The same can be said with ones personality. It's like you can choose to imitate Salvidor Dali's painting or it can simply be something that affects you without conscious input; you can put a lot of time and effort into finding the perfect object to sketch or it can just pop out at you.
What am i trying to say here? How does this fit in with change being a good thing? I don't know... Maybe it's just that change is sometimes a subtle thing that creeps up on you without you knowing it, it can happen without any real effort or it can be a choice that we have to make.
There was another thing i wanted to write too...Meh, i can't remember. I'm sure there are more links i can make between life and the evolution of one's art but i can't be bothered right now.
Meybe later

Ristro

My brain is made of squidgy squidgy mush

Hey all,
You'll be happy to know that i'm feeling better since my last post. Much better! :D I'm always ganna have confidence issue but it just takes me a while to get into the swing of things. Comparing today's performance with the other days has taught me that.
Another reason why i was feeling bad that day, as i discreetly tittered on, was because i served a customer who...how can i put this lightly...I've been keeping an eye on him for a while, let's just put it that way, and i'm afraid to say i didn't make the best impression. I was already feeling quite bad so that just brought me to a stand still. But i'm better now. :)
Who is this mystery guy? I have no idea, but i'm not sure i like him as much as i'm letting on. What do i mean? Well...guys...to me guys can be more like animals in the wild, sort of. That's not exactly it but it comes pretty close. I'm not very good at talking to people at the best of times so i watch to see what kind of person they are. Talking to guys is especially hard coz i know i'll probably marry one one day but that just makes me curious about what they do. Then there's the fact that i know plenty of women but not many guys. I learn from watching people do things so i suppose it's me trying to learn about real men and getting myself prepared for...the one??? *shrugs* or at least the one that can be man enough to ask me out.
I have a feeling i'm ganna be a real bitch to my first boyfriend. i don't know why, i just have this terrible feeling that he's ganna get an over load of bent up frustration forced upon him. i feel sorry for him already :)
Nah, i'll try not to be that bad.
Anyway, that's it from me for tonight. holy crap it's 12.30 here. Definitely all from me
Nighty night.

Ristro

Warning! Pessimism abound

(prenote: if you wish, positives are half way down the page)
It's been a while strangers. I've been meaning to write for a while - and damn it feels good btw - but whenever i thought of something to write i'd think 'nahh, that's just too damn embarrassing' or 'WTF that doesn't make any sense, and not in the good way' or 'i can't be ares right now. it's 1 in the morning and i have work tomorrow'.
Brain: wow, you're using swear words :o
me: you got a problem with that, bucko?
brain: rrright...well, i'm going back to the Bahamas.
me: NOOOOO! BUT YOU'VE BEEN THERE ALL WEEKEND! I-I need you brain. I NEED YOU! T.T
Alas it has already boarded the plan and is half way there :'(
But yeah, it's true that my brain seems to've gone on holidays this week. I've been forgetting coffees like bananas(*shrugs* spur of the moment) and dropping things and getting in peoples way more than usual. I dropped the box of marshmallows on one of my co-workers today. I'm just lucky they're such nice people. My word it's annoying. I hate it when i get in these slumps.
Yes, i'm sure it's all in my head and that if i'm confident it won't happen as much because i won't be worried so much about everything EXCEPT what i'm doing. But it's how to get my confidence back that's the tricky bit. Yes, i know everyone goes through these things and i know everyone hates it but i just wanna bitch about it to make myself feel better. It's been a while since i've had a descent and honest to goodness bitch - faults, inconstancy and all. It feels good to say words for no apparent reason but to still have them have a feeling to them.
*sigh* Well, what else can i say?... I hate it when my brain's on vacation. It makes my mouth seem stupid and my ears seem deaf and that get's me frustrated at myself and others. I get in a foul mood and sometimes it brakes on to the customers. Don't get me wrong, it's not that bad i'm just not as nice as i'd like to be, but it's still disappointing.
Oh dear, should i write it? There's something terribly personal that this applies to but how to can i write it without embarrassing myself?....*sigh* Never mind. that'll have to wait for another day.
Which gets me onto another thing. When i'm in this state i notice the customer's negativity and confusion a lot more. Oh gosh! I'm so stupid! They're usually confused because my tongue's in a knot and then they get more confused and then it's just ah! And then we're both in a strange mood and i'm feeling worse. I just wanted to crawl into the fridge and hide.
Which gets me onto yet another point. I want to be good at my job but may brain keeps deciding without me that it's wants to jazz things up a bit, change what i say just a little, as them whether they'd like me to 'warm up they're meal' rather than 'put it in the microwave' or it wants to say 'goodbye and have a nice day' rather than 'have a lovely day and enjoy your meal'. Usually it's alright but when i'm in this mood my mouth rebels because i don;t know if i should say it that way or not, will they understand what i mean or give me a look or 'what the hell are you on?' or will i just be crossing the line???
Gah, i hate my head. why does it have to make things so damn complicated. Why do i have to make things harder for myself. I must secretly be a masochist. That would explain a few things. I'm tempted the write them down here but i won't. *Twitch twitch* maybe later when i'm not ranting and raving about work.

But it hasn't all been bad. these are a few of the good things:
I'll go ahead and get the good things over and done with first.
1 i've scanned most of my good drawings so i'll probably upload them sometime later.
2 i downloaded some program similar to 'photoshop' a while back and i completed one of my drawings with it the other day. It's not 5 star and i'd drawn and scanned it in prior to 'photoshoping' it, but i think it's pretty good.
3 BIG NEWS! My sister and i bought a cheep computer for general gaming a month or so ago and we've been playing sims 3 like crazy! Originally she wasn't that interested in it but when i showed her all the things you can do things changed. I feel kinda like i brought her over to the darkside. Oh, i took it off my laptop, btw. I'd rather have a all my music and photos than have a game that only runs at half speed and takes up all the space.
4My friends are awesome. :D Since we have such a large group it's hard to tell but when there are three or four of you just chilling and making fun of dvds it's easy as peaches. I'm glad that i met them. :)

And on that strawberry sweet note i bid you Ade. I'm feeling a lot better now. thanks for being my blog. If you managed to read through the whole of this you're a trooper and i apologise for my pointless drivel.
Well, until next time may your eyes stay healthy and your ears sharp.
Yours,
Ristro

Damn unimaginative crab!! RAAAWWWWR

I'm ganna get straight into this rant because i feel like it.
WHAT IS IT WITH ALL THIS SUPERNATURAL, VAMPIRE CRAP! I am talking, of course, about the books that are out lately. It's probably just me but i seem to notice a lot of vampire/ romp books lately and i don't like it. Where's the love for the werewolves or the banshees or the ghosts?! There seem to be a lot of ones based on demons as well and i can't help thinking:

'Why? There are thousands of other mythical creatures out there and you decided, like a sheep in the crowd, to write a story about vampires and demons! Do some research and go against the crowd! Introduce a new creature to the mainstream! COME ON, BE A MAN!'

Don't get me wrong, i don't mind a good fang-bang book myself, but if gets a little repetitive after a time. Actually, it's more than that. I think it's more that i want to hear about something new. I want to feel like the author is sharing some magnificent discovery with me by opening up a world of a whole new supernatural interest. Does that sentence make sense? Probably not to you but it does to me.
Maybe i'm just not looking in the right places but, damn, mainstream really puts on the vampire.

...Yeah, that's probably it. I'm just not looking in the right places. I don't really want to look too hard though. Libraries scare me (lol, to think i wanted to become a librarian) and standing there reading a book in a bookstore to see if it's any good is a little uncomfortable.

...*sigh* I want to be able to write half decent stories. Then i could read a werewolf story that i like.
Brain: *looking at suspiciously*
me: yes, i like werewolves, you got a problem with that?!
brain: they're not like what you think, you know. not the real ones.
me: so? i can give it my own personal flair, can't i? not like anyone else is ganna read my mind.
brain: i'll never forget how excited you where when you found out there was a werewolf in that book you're reading.
me: hush!! he's a shapeshifter, there's a differences.
brain: you still squeed your lungs out-
me: shut up!
brain: you're blushing. Admit it, you've got the hots for werewolves!

me: and thus concludes this blog. hope you enjoyed that embarrassing look into my life. I'm ganna regret this one day, i just know it.
Look forward to doing it again sometime.

yours,
Ristro

Bllllllaaahhhhh

I'm tired....
But i thought i'd better write something before i go to bed. It's been a long time since i last posted so i owe it to you really, my poor destitute page of digitalness. I suggest anyone with eyes doesn't read it. Chances are it'll be really pointless and boring.
But what should i write...all i can really think of writing about is that fact that i'm a total retard, really. And i mean that in the kindest of ways...most of the time...
Seriously, i get in everyone's way at work and i just generally do things without thinking...I'm also convinced that my brain has gotten dumber. I'm so bad at remembering names and just general facts that it makes my pride cry. Oh, woe is me who can't even spell or relate to anyone because i'm just too...um...I CAN'T EVEN THINK OF A WAY TO END THAT SENTENCE! OX
Lol! XD Yay for over dramatisation! It doesn't bother me that much but it can be a pain...especially when i'm talking to people. Since my brain is now essentially a pile of mush most the time i can't think of anything to talk about in conversations...nothing interesting or appropriate anyway. It's all smut or self absorbed drivel. I either let the awkward 'we should really make a conversation' moment slide or end up spurting out something that doesn't make any sense or can be taken the wrong way. *sigh* such is my life
...I'm sure i'm not the only one though. Gees, there are probably a million people out there who make worse conversations and get it to worse situations than i do but i just feel that i should be better than that...Once again, i suppose i'm not the only one...*shrugs* Getting it down somewhere just makes me feel less worried i suppose. If i tell someone about it, my subconscious is incline to take that as the go-ahead to get pity and slack off. However, if i write my ideas down it's me and only me at that time. I won't get pity from myself and that means i won't slack off. If i slack off i'll become arrogant and everything will blow up in my face. Also there's that well known phenomenon of 'exaggerating pain'. Sometimes if you tell someone something and they give you pity for it your brain thinks: 'well, this must really actually be a problem' and you'll feel even worse than when you told them and it'll just keep coming back. And no one likes that, no one likes making a big deal out of something that is essentially spilt milk...except when you're having a crap week or when there's a much larger problem but that's a whole nother ball game.

...*blink blink* How the hell did i get onto this?!!!?? It's like Dr. Phil but worse because i know even less about what i'm talking about than he does!!!!!!! *sigh* I bet you it doesn't even make sense. Either that or it's just commonsense.
Never mind. I'll put a warning sign at the top so people know to skip that if they want.
Brain: pfft, people. you make it sound as if anyone besides Zig reads these things.
me: i can dream
brain: and you thought you were going to write a short post.
me: And on that note, i'm ganna go to bed. My head hurts. We'll leave the rest of my rambling and theories for another night.

Sweet dreams, wonderlings.

...I have too many Japanese songs...*hangs head in shame*

Hey there,
I've been going through my itunes and rating all the songs i have and, holly crap, there are so many Japanese songs. Not that there's anything wrong with Japanese songs it's just that it makes me wanna learn Japanese even more...which is a problem because i can't be bothered. Some of them are quite bad too...i think i'll delete them... *finger hovers over delete, sweats* Huff huff. I can't do it...Wait this one's particularly bad. I have no trouble deleting it....
Besides, if i suddenly go insane and want to listen to them again ( *shudder* this person can't sing. DELETE!) i have a back up.
Why do i have all these songs you ask? One of my friends is particularly nuts about anime and downloads the music. When i first got my ipod i asked if i could borrow hers....Long story short she had more music than i could be bothered going through so i just copied all of it....
Make sense?

Oh, sorry bout not writing in such a long time too....S'pose it doesn't really matter but, you know, thought i'd say it. Nothing else's really happened since i last posted...That being said, i can't remember my last post.

I feel so lazy right now. I wish i could write things telepathically. That would be sweet. (woaw that's a blast from the past. 'sweet'; who uses that any more...Meh, it happens.) That would mean i could write while i was tucked up nice and warm in my bedy bed bed. But if i feel asleep it would just be 'z', lol.

S'pose i should write about my birthday in a month. Is it a month? less than a month now. But yeah, that's the only other thing i can be bothered posting about right now. It's on the 24th but i can't really be bothered doing anything for it (hum, i see a pattern in this post. ) So i'll probably just go out with my family or something. I still want presents - who doesn't want presents on their birthday?! But it just seems too much of a hassle to organise - both for myself and for others. Besides, there are three parties in the beginning of the month. that's more than enough booty swingin action and birthday cake for one month, in my opinion.
Who am i kidding?! I'd love to have a party but i'm crap at organising things. And i'm lazy :D
Well, i'm ganna go ta bed now.
Ta ta, sweet dreams.

More frustrations >:(

Well, i got sims 3 when it came out. I was so excited. it was all shiny and new.
I bought one for a friend too because i was happy to have moneys.
...and then the trouble started. I had sims 2 on my laptop before so i thought it would be easy to install but guess what...IT WON'T READ THE DISK!
I installed it and all and then, hum, 'disk not found. please insert and try again'.
....O-kay, i thought, i'll just take out the disk and put it back in.
Same message.
Oooo-kay? I installed it and went to the manual. it said something about installing so EB game manager thing, so i did and that took another million years.
Then i installed the game again. It also uploaded onto the EB thing. that took even longer 'coz, once it had installed on my laptop it had to upload onto the EB manager.
And guess what...IT DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!! DX
HUm, i thought, maybe the help section on the website might have something.
so i went on the website and, ah ha! it's wasn't just me, it was the dvd program! thank the lord! all you have to do is disable it
Uh uh, nope. that didn't help either.
By this stage i was getting rather peeved but i kept looking. the website said that maybe if i updated the software on my computer it would work. so i went to the Toshiba website...i can't find the fricking model number!
By this time i was absolutely fricking peeved off so i got mum in. maybe she can help.
Well she put in a good three hours or so but she couldn't figure it out either.
So now i'm stranded in reality with no sims 3 to save me from it. Not that reality is so bad, i just wish that i could live like a sleazy wh*** without consequences...or something like that...
<.< >.>
So that is the story off my sims3 hell and i hope that, when my computer geek friends come back from Africa (i know, exciting, ey?) they can fix it for me. :(

Yours,
Ristro.

It's a myrical!

Hey there guys.
Guess what!? I found most of my stories! WOOOOOOOOO!!!! *dances* Thank the Lord for mums and their obsessive compulsion to file things. Oh, and for usb sticks too! Both of them have saved my life and my sanity.
Back when i didn't have my laptop - i think it was back then - i put all my stories on the family computer, the master computer if you will. As mum does every now and then, she made a copy of aaallllllll the files on the computer. I didn't know it then but my stories were included in that 'aaaallll'. She dragged the cds up last night on a hunch and 'a-walla' there they were all shiny and like knew :D I was so happy and relieved and all that good stuff. They weren't the most recent ones but they were the majority of all the old good ones. She suggested i put them on the back up cds for my laptop AND on my usb, just in case.
This is where the 'oh and my usb stick too' comes in. I didn't have enough time to look for my usb stick that night and do all the fancy stuff. I've only just had time to fathom the act. it took me a while to look for my usb but when i plugged it into the computer, gees it was worth it. I opened the folder and what should be staring back at me but another folder reading 'stories'. At first i was a little confused - i don't remember putting it there - but when i opened it i almost jumped out of my chair, i was that excited. All the old stories AND most of the new ones too! Even the one that i'd finished!!!
I've since put them BACK on my laptop as well as on cd and usb...but now comes another dilemma. Do i have enough room with the stories AND sims 3? Should i delete my tales off this here laptop or should i leave them on and deal with even slower download time?... I know i could and i'd still have to stories in 2 other places but it's still worrying. What if i lose the cds and the usbstick

brain: then you'd be pretty screwed anyway. most of your life is on those disks.
me: you know what i mean. i don't think i could go through losing them again and keep my sanity.
brain: you could print them out too. that way you'd still have it in three places. You'd have to buy a new filing cabinet/something but if it makes you feel any better...
me: i might do that. even some of the cruddier ones might be worth it. you never know, printing them out and having them in my hands might give me a new line of prospective on them.

Hum, that's one i'm ganna have to sit on for a while.
Oh, and i don't have sims 3 yet either :(. I don't want to get it until i know if my laptop can take it/ i know i have enough money. I must be freeken insane!! i wants it so bad and yet i make myself wait even longer. I must love punishing myself or something. *sigh* i wants it.

i'll see you guys/ person later. now to get reading things and do other things, like getting ready for a party i'm goen to.

yours,
ristro :)

AHHHHHH!!!!! DX *rant allert*

Well, i'm officially pissed and no amount of kind words can calm me down - not like my family use anyway. You wanna know why? I JUST DELETED ALL MY FUCKING STORIES OFF THE FUCKING 'SAFE' DISC AND NOW I'VE LOST FUCKING ALL OF THE MOTHERFUCKERS!!! DX It was an accident.
You don't know how much it hurts to have almost 10 years of sweat and frustration deleted in milli seconds without any way of getting them back. I feel like dieing...well, not really but it sucks worse than anything i've ever felt. YEARS WASTED!!! AND I'D FINISHED SOME OF THEM!!!!!!!! THEY WERE DONE! READY FOR EDITING! WHAT THE HELLLLLLL!?!?!!! I have some of the oldest ones backed up from when i had my old computer but they're no where as good as they were on the disc. I managed to save some of my favourites on my laptop to work on them more but that's no real consolation. I had two of my favourites on that disk and now i'll never get them back.
I guess i'll get over it eventually but it still stings. I suppose it's like i've lost part of my history when i lost those stories. A story travels with a person's life really, how they write changes with their moods and ideas can be affected by what happens in reality. Loosing the footprints from my life that were on those stories is the hardest part. It's a tie to the people i've been, the people who loved to write with a passion and who actually HAD a passion. There was a sense of hope with the younger me, of confidence but now that's gone.
I suppose it's also a case of 'what do i have to show for all those years now?!' as well. Sure, school's one thing but that's not as personal as my stories are. School work is a measure of academic or artistic or whatever achievements. If you're that kind of person, if your passion is taught in school, the it's a good measure. but writing stories was never like that for me so school's not a good measure for me.

Well, now i've had a good rant and i've got that out of my system i think i'll be fine. I'm thinking i'll start from scratch at remaking some of the better ones *sigh* that's ganna take a long time. I'll start some new ones to replace the fallen.
Mum said she'll ask at work about whether i can somehow get the lost files off my computer some how. Oh, yeah, i deleted them off my computer too. That was a smart move *face, desk*. I thought they were taking up too much space, and they sort of were.

I'll try to keep you up dated.

yours,
Ristro ):

I need a new pic

Wow posting twice in one day!... wouldn't be the first time.
Anywho, yes, i need a new pic. This one's starting to gnaw at my creative insides and my pride doesn't like it. Sooo...i don't know...I suppose i'm just giving you a heads up for the next time i post. There may be an even shottier picture in its place but at least it'll be different. Who knows, it might be half decent, we'll see.

What else can i tell you? Well, not a lot has changed since i wrote this morning. I'm working on some more drawings but apart from that nothing's really happened. I'm thinking i might write something short and sweet and story like next time i write but that probably won't be till i get out of my drawing faze...That might be in a week, might be in a day, might be in a month.

Well, thanks for dorp'n by. Hope the kinds are well and the little dog too.
Till next time,
Your's

*sigh* Boredom and such

Hey there.
It's been a while, hasn't it? Well i can say with certainty that this experiment is well and truly a failiur. That doesn't mean i'll stop writing, just means that i can't keep doing anything for too long. The mind is a strange and fickle thing. ;)
Anywho, yeah, i got ready for work a little too early today. Now i'm sitting here bored out of my brain wondering what to do. hum...well, i suppose i could tell you what's been going on lately. In truth...When was my last post? Hum, i think i've been sick twice since then, done a bible reading for Church (i swear i stuffed it up mager) been offered a uni course, missed the deadline to respond to the course, gotten over my drawing streak, gotten back into reading, gotten bord with reading...um...mothers day (we got mum a wii fit :D), dad's birthday...was my las post before or after my parents went to Tasmania? i can't be bothered checking. And just genrally working.
So if you look at it from that point of view, i've been sort of busy. *sigh* I think i'm getting back into my anime faze again. It sort of sucks that my interests rotate without any real pattern. Writing, reading, drawing, anime, manga; i'll be obsessed with one of them and frustrated/indifferent with the others at any one time. In between switches i just get bord.
Anyway,*looks at clock* i'd better get my sister up. I got work in a little while.
And that concludes the post for today.
Have a good life people
your's,
Ristro :)

p.s. sorry for the gramatical and spelling errors in this one. I can't be bothered spell checking and me and editing don't get along.

Day seven/eight

For those of you who are wondering, i'll probably stop posting 'Day ****' as my titles when i get tired of typing it. The formulae might turn up sometime later though. There's just something about having a generic title that makes things easier.

Anyway, it seems i DID jinx myself. You see, i'm not working tomorrow (that i know of).

BLLLLLLLAAAAAAAHHHHH

What else can i write about? Well, it was my friends birthday the other day and my sister saw her at work...I saw a friend today at work and congratulated her on passing her drivers test...I am currently listening to triple J Music request. My sister is siting next to me waiting for me to finish so she can show me things on the Internets. Her tourettes just kicked in. I'm serious, she actually has tourettes. It's not swearing like you see on tv, just clapping and movements she can't control.

Humm...I think i'll leave it at that. I'll probably write more later tonight. Since i'm not working tomorrow i can stay up and do that without getting stressed out.

Anywho, talk to you later invisible ones.

Ristro

I GOT PAID TODAY!! XD

Hey there fellow bloggers,
Yep, I got paid today...Or at least it came through today. I was so happy when i opened that envelope. And when i saw all those digits i was sure that someone what kidding me. Ah, my bank account feels good and full. Now i can spend it all on gifts and art supplies MAWHAHAHAHA! Jokes. But some of the money WILL go to that.

Also, i feel i should apologise for the past few posts. Mood swings are a beast and they grace me with their presents rather a lot...possibly because of my gender... Anyway, i'm feeling that the first day at work after a brake is naturally going to be worse that others. I hadn't figured that until today...That and the fact that Mondays are always a beast because no one wants to be at work and they need a coffee bad.

Which brings me to my next subject: next weeks shifts. OMG. I must've jinxed myself last night. I have a full week of work. D: Five days in row. Not sure how i'll go but we'll see.

Well my sister's home so i better go and help make dinner. Our parents are aways for a week or so (i think i told you) so we have to rummage through and make our own. That may take a while.

See you all - or maybe not SEE but you know what i mean - latter

Yours,
Ristro

Day five/six

Hey there.
Well, i still haven't got paid. I've been checking my account for the past 2 days and it still hasn't come through. I'm starting to get the feeling that they've either forgotten to pay me for the past four weeks or they've forgotten to ask me to correct my bank details. Another possibility is that my account just isn't showing the transaction...but i doubt it because i didn't find my pay check thingy where it should be on Monday. It really sux because i've only got $73.44 in my account. *sight* i really need some cash.

On to other news, itunes can't play one of my fav albums, my parents are going away for two weeks so we have to cook for the guests and i have to work Friday as well as Wednesday and Thursday.Woopdy fricken do. I'm having such a pessimistic week. it kills.*sigh* anyway, at least i had a day off today. if i'd've been working today that would make it five days i worked this week with only one day brake...and it wasn't that much of a brake.

Mum and Dad are leaving for Tasmania tomorrow at 6 in the morning or something. I wanted to go too (i like the cold better than the heat) but i suppose i'll go some time when i'm older. I really want to go and sus out the place. I'd proclaimed at one stage that i wanted to live there but i suppose i'll decide that for sure when i go there. Just the idea of it being cold, sort of out of the way and GREEN appeals to me a lot.

And lastly i'd like to apologise for the messy set up of this last post. I really just wanted to get my thoughts out there, get them out of my system. I think it might be that way for some time - probably till the end of last week. Hopefully i'm wrong. Being pessimistic and depressed sux :(

I hope i can regain my hope soon for you sake and mine, invisible readers.

Yours,
Ristro

Night five/six

Hello again.
I'd thought of a few things to write about but i'm a bit too tired now to go into detail.

Firstly, work was a b**** today. I don't quite know why but i was just out if wack today. nothing went right, i kept stressing, i felt sick and just generally mistakes were abundant until the afternoon - which didn't help considering i finished at 1. I'm hoping it's just my stupid life being it's usual self - really good spells followed by spells of DOOM. It probably is but i just wanted to get it off my chest. Hopefully i can look back on this in later...times and lol. All i can say is i can't wait until i'm experianced enough to work a desk job...i'll be regreting some day probably.

Another thing that i think i wanted to comment of was Rifftrax and Mistery Science Theater 3000. Thankyou Zig for intorducing me to this wonderful world. Even if it distracts me from what i'm supposed to be doing, by joe, i have fun doing it! For those of you who don't know what it is, there's always google. But yeah, that was the reason that i was so late posting. *sigh* only problem is, now i've got my sister on another one of those 'I'm ganna show you this, and this, and this,' tangents. It's not bad when it's every so often but she does it all the time nowadays and most of this stuff i honestly don't care about. *sigh* s*** happens i suppose.

Sorry it's such a depressing + shor blog. I'm just kinda tired. I can't be bothered spell checking this either so you'll just have to make do. I still appologise for the mistakes and i'll probably change it later but for now....*mumble mumble*

Yours,
Ristro

GAH! EDIT BUTTON!

Brain: I can't be bothered finding it so I'll just post again. It's either the the fourth or the FIFTH day, not the third. We apologise for the incorrectness of the previous blog.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Day...um.. four?

Hey there,
Well, my experiment has already failed. Yes, i missed posting yesterday. Sorry about that kids. I had to work all day (not really but meh) and we went out to dinner. When we got back i was too buggered.

SIDE RANT!!: Since i missed a day, i suppose that means that for all intents and purposes this would be day three that i've actually POSTED but does that mean it's day three of the experiment? Or is it day four because it's a block of an experiments? Or does that mean i've already fail? Is this actually and experiment to see how many times i can fail???? That's morbid and depressing. And after saying how GOOD this made me feel yesterday...um, Friday that would be a bit of a paradox....
That being said, i often ask myself that question at work 'how many times can i fail?' I'm only learning but i still do a crap job at it. However, to take the words from Monty Python, The Holy Grail, 'I'm getting better' and possibly even 'I'm not dead yet!'.

Enough with the ranting, even though they ARE rather entertaining and strange.

What was the first thing i was going to talk about. Ah yes, work (ain't introductions grate, if your forget your place you can just look up there and know what comes next). I was a little surprised that i had to work yesterday. Find that strange? That's just the way i roll...Not really. I didn't actually know i was working. You see, I've only ever worked WEEKdays before yesterday so i mustn't've looked along far enough/ taken enough notice of the weekend to take it down.
The other suggestion that was giving for the reason of my ignorance is Australia Day. You see, i wasn't the only one late yesterday. The other girl suggested that they had to print out another roster because they'd messed up when Australia Day was and that they aren't open on that day. ...I'm a bit sceptical of that being my reason, though...
I think that's all i wanted to say there.*thinking pose*...Yeeeah, she'll be right.

ON TO THE DINNER! XD Yes, we've currently got some friends staying over. They're doing their second round of Australia(i think) so they thought they'd stop in and stay for a bit. Last night was the first night that we ate out with them and the first night in a while that i've been able to drink(wonder what that means).

What happened during dinner that's note worthy? Well, my sister's terets/ however you spell it was playing up really bad. That + the face she makes when she trys to suppress them + alcohol = a whole lot of giggles. Whenever she suppresses it, she sort of glares and it'll happen any time. The most hilarious ones happen when she's in the middle of a sentence. They crack us up something chronic.

Another thing worth noting is that we had dessert. We don't usually had sweets when we eat out - sometimes because dad's too cheep, sometimes because we're too full. As happy as i was when i ORDERED them, I was sort of regretting it after. A couple of drinks + a full stomach + cream = feeling sick. Something i don't really want to repeat but probably will anyway, knowing me. I couldn't even look at my sister's food (she finished after me. Brain: dah).

And lastly, the waiter. Don't bug me about this but he was cute, okay? There, I said it in the public eye. But I have a question for you, do you ever see someone cute and then have them pass you several times? That happens to me all the time, really. That happened last night. The first few waiters we had were different people but then this guys just KEPT COMING BACK. It was weird and slightly disturbing. It probably doesn't mean anything but...O.O He knows my dad's friend! I hadn't thought of that...
Brain: Took a bit of a detour the, didn't we?
Me: sorry, just thought i'd better right that revelation down when it happened. gives the blog a feel of real action, you know?
Brain: *Shrugs*

I have a theory for while he kept coming back to our table, though, me being the ever prepared skeptic. In a place like that, one would think that they don't get in many young, single females around his age (he looked fairly young) and, this might just be me, but he seemed like a bit of a tool. If i actually KNEW him i probably wouldn't say that but that's just how he came across...i'm probably being too cynical. I based most of that on the fact he doesn't know about Monty Python and missed the mark trying to identify with us...see, how is that evidence?! He might've just been knew.
Brain: was there a point in there?
Me: yes, that i'm a doubting coward who doesn't what to offend.

This whole question spouts another SIDE RANT!:

Brain: Look at you, miss 'don't bug me about this'. This is taking up practically half your blog!
me: :( I have ideas.

Aaaanywho, I went to Supanova a few weekends ago...

Brain: you're ganna regret this.
me: oh, i know i am.

There, were a few people dressed up as The Doctor from Doctor who, the new one. I have a way of noticing things. I couldn't help but notice that he looked at us rather a lot, right from when we were waiting in line...i was trying not to coz he was the best looking one there...Aaanyway, most of that day we spent sitting down watching the speakers in the main hall. He was a volunteer so he was allowed to go up front. We were sitting up the front...Long story short, when he walked past for the last time, he docked his glasses in a 'sexy' way while he was passing and i was the only one looking. Me being the way i am, i couldn't look and started talking to a friend as soon as i saw the motion. From the corner of my eye, he looked a little let down. I could be wrong but it's a nice memory...
Until i found out he could be a tool. He walked like a bit of a tool and apparently his skit in the cosplay supports such a theory. I wasn't at the cosplay so i can only rely on the word of my friends that it was him and that the skit was crap but, ya know, it happens. One thinks that the only reason why he dressed up as the new Doctor is because he wanted to pic up chix and he was docking his glasses to all of us. Still would've been a nice thought though :(
Who am i kidding, i still like the idea. If anyone bursts my bubble, i'll kill you *squinty eyes*

Isn't confessions with Ristro. Isn't it fun?!
Brain: it's torture of the worst kind.
me: hehe.

Wow, this blog is awkward. Zig's ganna go to town on this one.

Keep reading for more embarrassing secrets, invisible readers. I have a million more of these. Like the time-Brain: *jumps out of hiding with a katana* - okay, i'll be good. no more secrets

Yep, panda art doesn't seem to work on this site...not on My computer anyway. ; . ; The poor things THEY'VE BEEN CONTAPITATED!!!
Brain: *face, palm*
me: no really. I'm not trying to be cute. i can't remember the word.
brain: decapitated
me: tankya brain *hugs* ewwy, slimie
brain: why don't you just preview like *friend's name here* suggested?
me:...*crickets* I didn't think of that. mmmm crickets *drool*
brain: *face, palm* i need a holiday

Till next time, invisible readers,

Day 2 of experiment thingy...thing

Well hello again. This is my second post in my 'posting everyday' trial.

So...um...what to write about...

I could tell you about how I had a pretty good day at work (for once), but that would be more boring than watching grass grow...Not that watching grass grow isn't fun. Especially when it's on one of those time laps cameras. Hehe, that's fun.
But my point is, WHAT THE HECK AM I GOING TO WRITE ABOUT!!!* pulls out hair* I don't want to make this boring so if you guys have any ideas of what you want me to write about (e.g. opinions on stuff, fav things, random crud like random letters) comment and i'll see what i can do. Even if i don't have a clue what you're talking about, i'm sure i can make it into a fun topic. I mightn't be as good as some, but i make a mean bs sandwich...if that makes sense...O.O

With THAT done, let's watch some dancing pandas

O O O O O O O O O O
(o. o ) ( o .o) O ( o . o ) O O ( o . o) O O ( o . o ) O
O ( )O O ( )O ( ) ( ) ( )
O O O O O O O O O O

WOOO! dancing pandas!!
Brain:*glares* how could you?! they don't even look like pandas!
Me: why must you be so crewel! *runs away crying*

*crickets*

Well...now that i think of it they might not even come up prop'ly...well that sux. all that work for random 'O's and brackets...*sigh* Well it looks cool from here. That's all you need to know.

Well, i think i've rabbited on enough. Hopefully i've given you something you lol/ wft? about. Enjoy your lives, invisible readers.

Ristro

Introductions

Hey there, I'm Ristro. I can't really tell you much about the blogs I'll be producing but i can guarantee 2 things. 1: There will be bad spelling in many posts. 2: my brain my pop in every now and again to correct me on things/ try to cheer me up/ shake it's head in shame of the things i say. But hey, it's a bit of fun.

Now, what else can I say here. Well, i'm ganna try and write a blog everyday, if not here then on other sites that have journals/ blog spaces. I'm not sure if that's ganna work though. My memory's pretty bad when it comes to new things and I'm pretty much only doing it because I thought it might be and interesting experiment (I got the idea from a friend, tankya friend X)). Do you ever have those moments when you think, 'Humm, I should write that in my blog' But never get round to it? Well i'm ganna try and make that thought into a reality as often as i can...be bothered. Most of the time i just can't be bothered turning my computer on; that'll have to change.

Another thing that I wanted to write in here is some thing about my present avita. Yes, i'm well aware that it's c***y but it's sort of the best I could do with the resources that I have and my skill level without braking some law. I know I could just copy and paste a pic from another website like most other people do, but I'm a goody two shoes. I don't want to get in twable ;.; I'm kind of happy with it, actually. Compared to some of the other stuff I've failed at doing it's not too bad.
OH! and another thing that's probably pretty obvious but i thought was worth mentioning for some strange but pressing reason (my brain's paranoid about this), it's not an accurate sketch. there you go, i said it. My brain is nodding in approval. *shakes fist at brain* that's for making me do something completely unnecessary.

Humm...what else can I write here...I may upload some of my drawings...if i can be bothered. Why? Because I can. I'm not any good yet, but I enjoy it. It gives me some sense of progress in and otherwise unfulfilling life.
Brain: wow, that's deep.
me: you're being sarcastic, arn't you...
Brain: yes, yes I am.

Anyways, I'll probably tell you more about me as we go. Until next time, invisible readers, keep your eyes sharp and your minds active.
brain: what? O.o
me: *shrugs* sounded spiffy

Yours,
Ristro
